What about your products that are not Janoshik tested?
Even if not yet tested, our products are all made with the same high quality raw materials.
Just because it isn't yet tested doesn't mean it is in anyway inferior, it just means we have yet to have it tested.
Janoshik testing is very expensive and requires shipping to Europe for testing, we are constantly adding new products to our Janoshik tested line up and will continue to do so!
Can I pay via Gcash or other payments?
At this time we do not accept Gcash, our only payment methods are COD or via Bank Deposit.
When will I get my order?
We ship every order same day if before 2pm including weekends. Once the courier has your order it is out of our hands but every order includes tracking so you are kept updated.
I have a problem with my order, what can i do?
If there is any problem with your order or mistake on our part, please contact us and we will rectify the issue ASAP.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over 3,500 pesos include Free Shipping, if below that amount a standard fee of 200 pesos per order for shipping, Philippines wide.
We do not ship internationally.
